Effective date: February 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Luna Wishlist & Registry (“Luna”, “we”, “us”), including our mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Accounts and security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3) User content
The Service lets you create lists and items, add notes, upload images, and share lists (collectively, “Content”). You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant Luna a limited license to host, store, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service.
4) Sharing and collaboration
If you invite collaborators or share a link, you are responsible for what access you provide. Collaborators may view and modify shared lists based on the permissions you assign.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to access accounts or data you do not have permission to access
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including scraping or reverse engineering where prohibited)
- Upload malicious code or content designed to compromise security
6) Third-party links and products
Items may include third-party links (e.g., retailer pages). Luna does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your purchases and interactions are with those third parties.
7) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luna will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.
10) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Material changes may be communicated within the app or via email.
